At Ovaera, Abbie leads the company’s strategic direction, partnerships, and commercial growth initiatives. She brings a free-market perspective to healthcare innovation—prioritizing transparency, U.S. manufacturing, and performance-based value to expand access and strengthen long-term adoption across specialties.

Wesley leads operations at Ovaera MedTech, ensuring the company’s strategy translates into efficient execution and measurable results. With more than a decade of experience in medical device operations, manufacturing, and sales, he has built a reputation for driving process optimization and operational excellence across every stage of production.

As COO, Wes oversees day-to-day business functions and cross-department collaboration, aligning operational systems with Ovaera’s strategic goals. His focus on efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement supports the company’s commitment to quality, scalability, and innovation in medical technology.
